Windows 11. The main part of this announcement was to be a presentation of a significant user interface change, codenamed Sun Valley. As we know, a significant portion of the UX changes will be borrowed from the Windows 10X shell, and Windows 10X is not coming to market. Now, as expected, the Windows 11 information leak begins.
 
What’s new in Windows 11:
– Windows 11 will receive a completely new design. Microsoft clearly needs a good reason to reverse its past claims and still ditch Windows 10 by introducing a new operating system number. And a completely new design is great for that. The Redmond giant has long been preparing a redesign for an update with the code name Sun Valley (“Sun Valley”) – apparently, under this naming it was Windows 11. The Sun Valley project flashed on the network for a long time – Microsoft regularly disclosed details of the new interface style, insiders shared the unknown previously information, and popular designers in their circles drew realistic concepts based on all this data.
– Start and system elements will float above the bottom bar. Start is the calling card and face of every recent version of Windows. Not surprisingly, in Windows 11, developers will transform it again, but not so much in functional as in visual terms – the Start window will hover above the bottom bar. We have to admit that this small change makes the appearance of the system much fresher. Judging by information from the network, Microsoft will not radically change the “insides” of this menu – the innovations will affect only the design of the window itself. The control panel will also float, and its design will be exactly the same as that of the “Start”.
– The action center will be combined with the control buttons together – a similar one has long been used in some other operating systems. Almost all mentions of this new menu indicate that it will be island – the control buttons will be located on one separate panel, notifications will be on another, and specific elements (like a player) on another separate one.
– Right angles will disappear, they will be replaced by fillets. In truth, insiders and concept designers disagree on this point – some are confident that Microsoft will not change its traditions and will keep right angles, while others are convinced that in 2021 Microsoft will follow the fashion for fillets. The latter fits better with the definition of “completely new Windows” – just hovering menus are not enough for a new design to be considered truly new. Fillets are expected to affect virtually everything in the system, from context menus and system panels to all application windows. True, even on this issue, the opinions of concept designers differ – some draw fillets in all possible interface elements, others combine them with right angles.
– There will be a translucent background with blur everywhere. There is disagreement on the web about the island style of displaying windows, the design of the corners and the levitation effect of the menu, but almost everyone is unanimous about the transparency of the windows. The vast majority of leaks and design renders show transparency and blur in all windows, be it at least the Start menu or Explorer. Moreover, these effects are even in the assembly of the canceled Windows 10X operating system, which Microsoft was developing for devices with two screens and weak gadgets in parallel with the Sun Valley project. The so-called acrylic transparency implies the use of new effects when hovering over elements, as well as increased spacing between elements – those areas of the interface with which the user interacts will certainly become larger, and page titles will be thickened.
– New font that has already been shown. Windows 11 will most likely use the default responsive Segoe UI Variable font, which has already appeared in Windows 10 Build 21376 for Insiders. Its advantage is that it is equally well suited for small texts and large inscriptions. This distinguishes it from standard fonts, which are initially created for either small size or large size. For example, the stable version of Windows 10 currently uses the Segoe UI font, designed for 9pt. In smaller inscriptions, it becomes poorly legible, and in large inscriptions it looks expressionless.
– Windows 11 will have new icons, and Windows 95 icons will disappear. Yes, they are still in use today. Microsoft will finally transform the icons that are used throughout the system. It’s not just about shortcuts to folders, trash cans and other icons found in Explorer. We are talking about all the icons available in the Shell32 directory. There are still icons from the days of Windows 95, and only recently Microsoft updated their design in one of the insider assemblies – of course, they will migrate to Windows 11.
– Windows 11 will have functional innovations – there are many of them, but they are all small. Much less is known about the features of the upcoming update than about its design. But since Windows 11 and Windows 10X (the canceled OS for weak and foldable devices, the image of which has leaked to the network) were developed in parallel, we can safely assume that all the functions from the latter will appear in Windows 11. For example, Windows 11 will show when the camera is in use computer – the corresponding indicator will be displayed in the system tray.

What is winactivate?
An Easy-to-use Windows HWID / KMS38 Activation Script.

How to Use:
  • Unzip the 'winactive v2.0.7z' file
  • Run 'winactivate.cmd' with administrative privileges, by right-clicking it and clicking "Run as administrator".
  • For HWID (permanent) activation you will need to be connected to the internet.

How to permanently activate Windows 10 Enterprise 2021 LTSC:
  • To permanently activate Windows 10 Enterprise 2021 LTSC, you have to first change the edition to Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2021 LTSC, then run the activator as instructed above.
  • To change the edition to IOT Enterprise LTSC, run my included script file 'IOT Enterprise LTSC Edition Change.cmd'.

Two Major Benefits of changing your edition to IOT Enterprise LTSC:
  • It will allow this activator to permanently activate your OS with a digital license (HWID)
  • You will receive Update Support from Microsoft until January 2032, instead of January 2027

Windows 11Pro has an entirely new design. Microsoft needs a good reason to reverse its past claims and still ditch Windows 10 by introducing a new operating system number. And a completely new design is excellent for that.

The central part of this announcement is a significant user interface change. As we know, we will borrow a significant portion of the UX changes from the Windows 10X shell, and Windows 10X is not coming to market.

Right angles will disappear. Fillets will replace them. In truth, insiders and concept designers disagree on this point - some are confident that Microsoft will not change its traditions and keep right angles. In contrast, others are convinced that Microsoft will follow the fashion for fillets.

There will be a translucent background with blur everywhere. There is disagreement on the web about the island-style of displaying windows, the design of the corners, and the levitation effect of the menu. Still, almost everyone is unanimous about the transparency of the windows. Most leaks and design renders show transparency and blurs in all windows, be it the Start menu or Explorer.

Windows 10 offers less UI control over the updating behavior of the operating system than previous versions of Windows , There is no option to turn off Windows Updates using the Control Panel or Settings app in Windows 10, it checks for updates automatically and install any updates they find, whether you like it or not. This new feature is actually pretty convenient for most users. If you want control over the update process you can disable the Windows Update service . This requires that you open the Services manager, locate the service and change its startup parameter and status. You would then have to enable the service again whenever you want the operating system to check for updates (It does not look so easy).

Windows Update Blocker is a freeware that helps you to completely disable or enable Automatic Updates on your Windows system , with just a click of the button . This utility is portable, which means that you are no longer required to go through the installation process and no leftovers will remain on the HDD after its removal. if you place the program file to an external data device, you make it possible to take Windows Update Blocker everywhere with you and use it on any computer you come in contact with, who has things configured just right, and doesn’t want to take the chance that an update might mess up their system. This utility is for that person.

NOTE: If the windows update service doesn’t start or if there is a problem even though you have enabled windows updates, please restart your system and try again. When windows updates are turned off, some windows processes or programs may try to open and repair Windows updates, resulting in windows update being damaged. Please use the Windows Update Troubleshooter from Microsoft if the updates do not open after restarting the system.

Note:
The assembly uses 3 versions of loaders - from Windows 8 x86 (build 9200) and 2 loaders from Windows 10 x86 and x64 (19044)
The loader from Windows 8 x86 is intended to help install this assembly on old hardware, and Windows 10 loaders are not more modern hardware.
Using the Windows 10 x64 bootloader - you will not be able to install Windows 10 x86 (32-bit), but using the x86 bootloaders - you can install both x86 and x64 versions of Windows.
UEFI in this assembly is present and working, but only 64-bit versions of Windows can be installed.

PS> With this image, you will not be able to update your operating system. This assembly is intended to be installed from scratch only.
PS2> To save space, install.esd, only winRE from Windows 10 (19044) is embedded into it, but this will not prevent you from using the recovery mode in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.

Description:
The assembly is based on the original MSDN images. Updates up to December 14, 2021 were integrated, and SmartFix 2.4.1 and Microsoft DaRT were integrated. There are no cosmetic changes in it and nothing is cut!
Assembly features:
- Updates are integrated until December 14, 2021;
- Included .Net Framework 3.5 (including 2.0 and 3.0);
- Integrated SmartFix 2.4.1, Microsoft DaRT in winre.wim and boot.wim;

Features:

  • Telemetry is disabled.
  • Cut out all UWP apps and OneDrive, left Chromium Edge.
  • Defender is turned off by default, but you can turn it on / off via Defender Switch - the RMB start menu (works without rebooting).
  • Auto installation - WinRar 6.02.
  • In the distribution silent Microsoft Store installer
  • sfc / scannow fails the first time like the original.

Tweaks:
  • Normal context menu as before.
  • Added items to the RMB start menu - control panel and registry editor.
  • Improved the quality of wallpaper display.
  • Disabled security warning when running downloaded files.
  • Disabled UAC notification for the user in the admin group.
  • In the power settings, the mode is turned on - high performance.
  • Do not turn off the display or go to sleep when plugged in.

This build cannot receive future OS Features and Updates, and is intended to be that way. Because of this, the OS will remain stable, and the size of it will not grow exponentially like full Windows installs tend to, but remain the same.
To all interested members, thank you for your support, but please be aware that this is a light version of Windows. It does not have every feature in it, many things have been removed to allow it to function with greater performance and less system requirements than Full Windows can offer. If it is missing a feature, or service that you think you need, chances are it was removed intentionally, and can't be brought back. This Windows was designed with most users in mind, which is why it has most essential features and services included. I am trying to make a build that is highly functional, yet still very light as far as resources and HDD space requirements are concerned. You have been warned. Please don't ask me to add things, fix things, change things, or enable things. I'm won't respond, or start giving tutorials, use Google. I sincerely hope you enjoy these builds, I am very passionate about light Windows, and hope to share a good experience for you.
